Possessive pronouns
We use possessive pronouns to show ownership.
Normally we use pronouns to substitute the noun and that way we avoid being repetitive.
Example:
I didn't bring my car so can I use your car?
I didn't bring my car so can I use yours?
Pronun | Examples |

Yours | My dad is older than yours. |

Hers | That dress is hers |
Ours | It's your problem, not ours. |
