To intensify the agreement / disagreement:

I (completely, totally, absolutely) agree/disagree
You are ( totally, absolutely) right

 

Weak agreement/disagreement

I suppose so./I guess so.

 

Rude/direct vs polite/indirect ways to disagree

Polite:
I don’t share your opinion.
Allow me to disagree.
Let’s agree to disagree
I'm afraid I agree more with James.

You are wrong.
